Shipping and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days. They are shipped via Swiss Post. Delivery only in Switzerland.

Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Please note that the delivery in barracks is not charged and thus exempts you from the transport costs except for orders over 5kg.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your articles are correctly protected.

If you encounter a problem with your order after receiving it (size problems, wrong products received, damaged products, etc.) 

Please follow the procedure below within 30 days of receiving your order. 

* Send us an email explaining the cause of the return to shop@myarmy.ch

* In your return package, attach the products you wish to return as well as the delivery note with the order number you received upon receipt of your order.

* Send the package to the following address:
