Which delivery methods do you propose ?

Orders are sent via Swiss Poste. Military shipments are free of charge and shipping costs for shipments to civilian addresses are 7 CHF. 

Which payment methods do you propose ?

Accepted payments methods are : Invoice (payable within 30 days), Credit Card, Paypal, Postfinance, Postfinance e-finance, Twint.

When I will receive my order ?

Available products are sent within two working days.


All MyArmy products have a lifetime warranty. 

What can I do if an order contains defect product or if I don't like my order ?

If you encounter a problem with your order (size problems, wrong products received, damaged products, etc.) Please return your order by mail within a maximum of one week after receiving your order. The return procedure is as follows:

  • Send us an email so that we can better understand your return and manage it accordingly
  • Enclose your products and the delivery note with the order number you received when you received your order in a package
